We conduct a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

Required Information

To complete the application process, please be prepared to provide:

Proof of Income:

Documents such as recent pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements that verify your income.

Credit History:

Authorization to obtain a credit report.

Background Information:

Consent to perform a background check.

Application Fee:

There is a non-refundable application fee of $25–$50, depending on the property you apply for. This fee is solely used to cover third-party processing costs and does not go to us.
